beautiful ambience convenient location ignored greeting unclear policy

the location is really convenient near the bus stop and train station i could walk easily the breakfast had a lot of options and tasted so yummy the ambience at breakfast was beautiful too the room was so quiet.

the front desk staff did not greet me i felt a little ignored there was a security deposit that i did not expect it took several days to get it back the minibar expenses policy should be clearer.

sagging mattress broken light

The mattress in my room sagged considerably. I nearly rolled out of bed. The patio was quite bare, with only exposed wiring from a broken light. I also found the power setup inconvenient. I could only plug in either the desk lamp or the television at any given time. This stay did not justify the expense.
